HR Generalist (4-6 Years Experience)

Location: Ghaziabad| Experience: 4-6 Years | Function: People & Culture

We are looking for a passionate and driven HR Generalist who can own the full employee lifecycle and help us build a strong, people-first culture. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy balancing compliance with empathy, and want your work to directly impact lives - this role is for you!

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:

- Lead end-to-end hiring - sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers.

- Partner with business leaders to define hiring needs and deliver high-quality talent pipelines.

- Actively contribute to our employer branding initiatives to position us as a preferred workplace.

Payroll & HR Operations:

- Ensure flawless monthly payroll processing with zero delays or errors.

- Maintain and optimize our HRMS system to ensure smooth employee data management.

- Handle all employee documentation (letters, contracts, onboarding, exits) with accuracy.

Compliance & Policies:

- Stay updated on Indian labor laws and ensure statutory compliance across PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments, etc.

- Draft and update HR policies, processes, and SOPs to keep pace with growth.

- Employee Engagement & Culture

- Drive initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and recognition.

- Design and execute activities that make work fun, inclusive, and collaborative.

- Be a trusted point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and feedback.

Employee Lifecycle Management:

- Manage onboarding and orientation to give every new hire a world-class experience.

- Handle performance review cycles, learning interventions, and people development programs.

- Ensure smooth and empathetic exits while maintaining compliance.

What Makes You a Fit?

- 4-6 years of hands-on HR experience in recruitment, payroll, HRMS, and compliance.

- Strong working knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.

- Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and balance people needs with business priorities.

Bonus: Experience in startups, tech companies, or multi-location HR operations.
