Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee International assignments, U.S. domestic transfers, Inbound/outbound relocations, Permanent workforce transfers.
- Drive monthly payroll processing and reporting.
- Execute and track Tax Equalization (TEQ) settlements and repayment agreements.
- Lead year-end processes including wage reporting and communication with assignees.
- Oversee assignment closure, including final payroll and expatriate benefits wrap-up.
- Support employee localization activities.
- Maintain accurate home and host employment data and documentation.
Team Leadership:
- Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Support capability development and workforce planning initiatives.
Process Improvement & Digitization:
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), change assessments, and system documentation updates.
- Strengthen controls to improve accuracy and process efficiency.
Compliance & Risk Governance:
- Ensure vendor and statutory compliance.
- Maintain audit-ready records and strong risk governance standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience in global mobility operations with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong HR systems experience for workforce data management.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work onsite 5 days a week (client-shift schedule).
Preferred Skills:
- Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
- Experience using workflow/ticketing platforms (ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under timelines.
