Manager/Assistant Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis/Business Finance

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Manager / Assistant Manager FP&A & Business Finance to drive financial planning, investor reporting, business partnering, compliance, and data-backed decision-making in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- FP&A: Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis & strategic financial insights.

- Finance Operations: Oversee accounting, reconciliations, fund flow & financial hygiene.

- Business Partnering: Work with Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure financial alignment.

- Investor & Board Reporting: Prepare MIS, dashboards & insights for leadership and investors (Series B/C).

- Process & Systems: Build scalable, automation-ready finance systems from scratch.

- Company Secretarial Support: Coordinate filings, board documents & statutory compliance with external CS/legal teams.

- Contracts & Legal: Validate commercial contracts ensuring ROI and financial prudence.

- Compliance & Governance: Ensure timely audits, tax filings & regulatory adherence.

- Data Insights: Analyse large datasets and deliver focused, actionable recommendations under tight timelines.

Requirements:

- Startup exposure (preferably Series B/C) with strong FP&A depth and experience in Telecom/AI/Human-Hybrid Calling/Contact Centre industries.

- Proven agility: hands-on, solution-oriented, and comfortable with fast pivots.

- Strong understanding of unit economics, business drivers & ROI-led decision-making.

- Ability to build finance processes and systems from the ground up.

- Experience partnering closely with founders on fundraising & investor relations.

- Excellent stakeholder management and structured problem-solving capability.
