Manager/Assistant Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Title: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager / Assistant Manager

Shift Timing: 1:00 PM 10:00 PM IST

Reports To: Director FP&A (UK)

Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and analytical finance professionals for the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic analysis. The role requires strong technical expertise, business acumen, and stakeholder management across geographies.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities.

- Prepare variance analysis, management dashboards, and business performance reports.

- Support monthly/quarterly financial closings in coordination with finance teams.

- Drive cost optimization, margin analysis, and profitability insights.

- Collaborate with business units and leadership to provide data-driven decision support.

- Maintain and optimize financial processes using SAP and other FP&A tools.

- Present financial insights to senior leadership in India and UK.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years in FP&A

Education:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) Completed

OR

- MBA in Finance from a reputed institute

Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of SAP (mandatory)

- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling

- Exposure to BI tools is a plus (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
