Professionals from a Statutory Audit background looking to transition into Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Advisory will also be considered.

Role Overview:

A leading Big4 firm is hiring for its Financial Due Diligence (FDD) practice to support private equity and corporate clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. The role involves delivering high-quality financial insights, managing engagements, and working closely with deal teams and clients in the Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Pharma sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute buy-side and sell-side Financial Due Diligence engagements

- Perform and review Quality of Earnings (QoE), Net Working Capital (NWC), Net Debt, cash flows, and debt-like items

- Analyze P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements to assess financial performance and key value drivers

- Prepare and review FDD databooks, working papers, and reports in line with quality and risk standards

- Identify key risks, red flags, normalization adjustments, and deal issues, and clearly communicate implications to clients

- Manage client interactions, timelines, and deliverable quality

- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction execution

- Mentor and review work of junior team members

- Support business development, proposals, and client pitches

Experience Requirements:

Assistant Manager: 3+ years

Manager: 5+ years

Relevant experience in Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Advisory, Valuations, or Statutory Audit with transaction exposure

Skill Set:

- Strong financial analysis and advanced Excel skills

- Understanding of M&A transactions and deal mechanics

- Good communication, stakeholder management, and team-handling skills

- Ability to manage multiple engagements independently
