Reporting under: CFO

Job role :

Prepare and present monthly MIS

- Prepare and present monthly MIS reports, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and variance analysis, to senior management.

Accounting & Controls:

- Supervise day-to-day accounting functions, including AR, AP, payroll, and treasury management

- Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data and compliance with accounting policies.

- Finalize accounts and balance sheet.

Tax Audit:

- Conduct comprehensive reviews of financial records to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, identifying discrepancies and providing recommendations for corrective actions.

Real Estate-Specific Financial Management:

- Oversee costing of Site with accordance of Company budget.

- Monitor and manage financial performance of property portfolios, including lease management and operational cost control.

Skills - Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.

- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Tally and advanced proficiency in Excel.

- In-depth knowledge of Ind AS and Companies Act, 2013.

- Knowledge of Accounting Principles: Strong understanding of GAAP or IFRS.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines with high attention to detail."
