JOB DESCRIPTION:

Designation: Manager/AGM/Sr. Manager/GM - Project Services

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Post Graduate Degree in Construction Management/MBA

Experience: 7 - 12 years

Reporting to: Business Head/VP

Job Profile/ Responsibilities:

- Contract Management: point of contact for contract monitoring including finalization on BOQ's, issue of work order, receipt of invoices, certification of invoices

- Team Management: To lead and motivate a team of project professionals deployed at site for timely completion of work as per the desired standards.

- Liaison Activity: Work closely with statutory bodies, building developers and real estate team of the premises during various stages of project execution.

- Site Management: Expected to supervise and monitor project site deliverables on projects undertaken.

- Project Quality Management: Ensure quality code adherence is strictly followed for overall standards as per the expectations set.

- Safety Management: Ensure adherence to safety procedures during the site work and report violations.

- Vendor Management: Work closely with vendors empanelled for the project, follow up and monitor work of various vendor s at site.

- Site Meetings: Participate in weekly site meetings with the project manager and vendors empanelled for monitoring of project progress.

- Project Reports Management: Responsible for preparation of site related reports.

- Tendering: Be an active participant in the tendering process of the organization for suitable vendor identification for various project deliverables.

- Displays understanding of duties & org policies and procedures
