Audit (Assurance) | Bangalore, Mumbai, Gurgaon

Designation: Manager/ AD

Practice focus: Ind AS/IFRS, Auditing Standards, Methodology & Inspection Strategy

What You'll Do:

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Supervise, mentor and develop junior staff, provide timely and effective mentoring and training

- Assist in business development efforts and collaborate with other divisions within the firm to build cross-functional relationships

- Build, maintain, and enhance client relationships

- Assurance Review of the financial statements

- Ensure that the work is planned, organized and performed by self and team by guiding them and performing reviews on deliverables to ensure quality and timely delivery of work

- Demonstrate industry competence and clarity of communication

- Develop self by participating in and developing others by facilitating trainings on assurance and accounting standards

- Preparing engagement plan by defining time limits and allotting responsibilities to team members

- Work under strict timelines and at client locations

Note: For Manager Role (Open to professionals who are presently serving as Managers in their current organization)

Must-Have Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with 4+ years of experience in Statutory Audit FS/Non FS Indian practice only

- Expert command of Ind AS & Standards on Auditing; strong IFRS orientation; deep knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI LODR/ICDR, Schedule III and CARO.

- Proven record of signing/leading complex technical positions and presenting to Audit Committees/partners.

- Exceptional technical writing and stakeholder management

Qualification: CA Mandatory

Experience: Minimum 4+ years in Statutory Audit Indian practice in a consulting firm
