- As one of fastest growing practice in DAS, Infrastructure and Climate Advisory (ICA) team invites like-minded professionals to help us drive progress and change. At ICA practice, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team across a range of industries to assist public and private sector organizations involved in infrastructure to deliver desired outcomes, for society and businesses.


- We are the Centre of Excellence for helping our clients to develop better understanding of the evolving policy and regulatory environment, business and commercial risks, as well as providing commercial and strategic advice on complex infrastructure and capital projects.


- You will work on a wide range of infrastructure sectors including transportation, digital and social infrastructure (education, healthcare), with diverse clientage a diverse range of clientele such as public sector entities, infrastructure owners, project developers, large corporates, contractors, equity investors, and financers.

- The role will be based out of any of Gurugram /Bangalore/ Mumbai and liaise cross-functionally with leaders across the business to drive internal and external engagement

Roles & responsibilities:

Diving into the key activities and expectations for this position, you will be responsible for the following:

Asset Management Leadership:

Spearhead the asset management initiative, guiding the development of the team responsible for advancing asset management service offerings. The higher-level vision of team is to assist infrastructure clients in maximizing the performance and value of their physical assets throughout their life span. This involves capabilities in consulting, engineering, and analytical solutions to organizations with intensive asset needs, facilitating operational, tactical, and strategic asset management decisions amid evolving conditions.

Business Development:

- Strategize and drive growth across the infrastructure sectors through the development of market packs/collaterals for asset management services.

- Engage with onshore teams and contribute to business development initiatives, including the preparation of proposals and bid responses to foster growth.

Delivering Client Engagements:

- Utilizing asset management skills, knowledge, and insights for the comprehensive delivery of asset management engagements, managing end-to-end asset management transformation initiatives. This involves aligning asset strategies with the broader organizational goals to boost long-term asset performance.

- Drive the development and implementation of comprehensive asset management plans, including lifecycle management and risk assessment, adhering to ISO 55000 standards.

- Managing multiple asset management engagements, ensuring consistency with quality, adherence to compliances and standards, with an eye on value add at each stage.

- Contributing to the effective planning, delivery and closure of projects

- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and target clients and key market constituents

Practice Development:

- Direct, manage, and mentor junior team members on engagements and contribute to the overall development and experience of the team.

- Contribute to knowledge management and thought leadership to support practice development.

Educational qualifications:

- MBAs / Postgraduates in core engineering domain/Infrastructure Management, Industrial Manufacturing, or a closely related field from a reputable Indian or international institution is highly desirable.

- Professional certifications in asset management, such as the IAM Certificate/Diploma, Certified Asset Management Assessor (CAMA), or other pertinent certifications, are preferred

Prior Experience:

- Relevant infrastructure and asset management experience of 6+ years, and/or experience gained in global research and consulting firms (preferred but not mandatory) or with the industry experience in following sectors: Transportation, Power and Utilities, Water and Urban Infrastructure.

Mandatory technical & functional skills:

Asset Strategy:

- Understanding of Whole Life Asset Management Principles: Proficient knowledge of the principles outlined in the international standard (ISO 5500x) and familiarity with key publications from IAM and GFMAM, focusing on the strategic aspects of asset management.

- Development of Asset Management Policies and Strategies: Expertise in crafting comprehensive asset management policies and strategies that align with organizational vision and targets, including the development of Strategic Asset Management Plans (SAMPs).

- Asset Portfolio Management: Ability to perform asset portfolio management with good understanding of Total cost of ownership (TCO) and optimization techniques.

Asset Planning:

- Maintenance Planning and Engineering: Competence in maintenance planning, ensuring that operational plans are robust and focused on asset longevity and reliability.

- Operations Planning and Delivery Frameworks: Skills in developing operations plans and delivery frameworks that ensure effective and efficient asset management practices are implemented.

- Integration and Information Strategy: Understanding of designing and managing large asset management transformation programs, which includes effective planning, integration of asset information/reporting, and governance structures. Also, providing the Infratech advisory to clients based on the strategy,

Assurance:

- ISO 55000 Maturity Assessments: Experience in conducting business process maturity assessments based on ISO 55000, ensuring compliance and performance review benchmarks are aligned with industry best practices.

- Process Mapping and Maturity Assessment: Proficiency in business process mapping, conducting maturity assessments, benchmarking, and ensuring compliances to enhance asset assurance.

- Performance & Fitment Evaluation: Expertise in evaluating asset performance, conducting process reviews, and aligning physical and financial data for comprehensive asset reconciliation

Key attributes/requirements:

- Personal drive and positive attitude to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills and good inter-personal skills to work effectively in a team.

- Self-motivated, driven individual. Track record of strong people leadership including hiring, performance management, managing diverse teams across geographically spread offices, working in a multicultural environment.
