Position: Manager - Asset Management (Hospitality)

Location: Bangalore - Head Office

Desired Profile:

1. Graduate / MBA (Finance / Strategy) or equivalent

2. 2-5 years' experience in hotel asset management, hotel finance, development, or owner-side roles

3. Strong understanding of hotel P&L, management agreements, and owner-operator dynamics

4. Commercial, analytical, and stakeholder-oriented mindset

Role Overview

The Manager - Asset Management will play a key owner-side role in driving financial performance, capital efficiency, and long-term value creation across the hospitality portfolio.


The role works closely with hotel operators, internal leadership, and external stakeholders to ensure assets perform in line with investment objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial & Performance Management

2. Track and analyze RevPAR, ADR, GOP/GOPPAR, NOI against budgets and forecasts

3. Review monthly operating results and identify value enhancement opportunities

4. Support annual budgeting and long-term business planning

Operator & Brand Oversight

1. Act as owner's representative with hotel operators such as Marriott International, IHG Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Worldwide, Accor, or similar

2. Review operator strategies on pricing, distribution, marketing, and cost controls

3. Monitor compliance with management and franchise agreements

CapEx & Asset Strategy

1. Evaluate CapEx proposals, renovations, and ROI-driven upgrades

2. Support rebranding, repositioning, and asset enhancement initiatives

4. Assist with feasibility studies, valuations, and transaction-related analysis

Reporting & Stakeholder Management

1. Prepare concise performance dashboards and management reports

2. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
