Key Responsibilities:

- Lead enterprise AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI initiatives, from understanding business requirements to solution design and delivery.

- Define scalable LLM, Agentic AI, RAG, and Enterprise Knowledge architectures for business use cases.

- Drive AI transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities where AI can improve business processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

- Work with clients and senior stakeholders to understand business challenges, define AI opportunities, and shape suitable technology solutions.

- Lead the design of GCP / Cloud-based AI solutions and enterprise AI platforms.

- Provide technical direction across AI/ML, GenAI, data, cloud, and software engineering teams.

- Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, ensuring quality, scalability, security, and timely execution.

- Establish and drive AI Governance and Responsible AI practices across enterprise AI initiatives.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, models, and frameworks and recommend suitable solutions based on business requirements.

- Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to convert AI concepts into practical, scalable, production-ready solutions.

- Manage technical discussions, solution reviews, project priorities, and stakeholder expectations throughout the delivery lifecycle.

- Mentor and develop technical teams while promoting strong architecture, engineering, and delivery practices.

- Contribute to solution proposals, client presentations, and discussions around AI strategy, architecture, and transformation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 9 - 12 years of experience in AI/ML, software engineering, cloud, data, or related technology domains.

- Strong understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI with experience in enterprise implementations.

- Strong experience with Enterprise LLM Architecture, Agentic AI Architecture, RAG, and Enterprise Knowledge Architecture.

- Strong understanding of GCP / Cloud Architecture and enterprise AI platforms.

- Strong Python and Software Engineering skills.

- Experience with AI Governance, Responsible AI, security, and risk considerations.

- Strong experience in Solution Architecture and translating business requirements into technology solutions.

- Proven experience in technical leadership and delivery management.

- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive AI initiatives from strategy and solutioning through implementation and delivery.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and team leadership skills.
