About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven contributor to join our sales team. The primary focus of this role is to develop and manage a portfolio of business clients, promoting and selling our commercial vehicle leasing solution. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the automotive industry and an ability to build long-term, profitable relationships with commercial clients.

This role is pivotal in acquiring new corporate clients and managing key accounts.

- As a part of sales division, work towards the sales target by hunting for new signups and prospects.

- The job holder will work closely with the department head for implementing effective Corporate sales.

- You will be achieving sales individually and will do gross additions by completing entire customer journey from the onboarding till payment collection.

- Evaluating client financials statements.

- Exploring new market and opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience requirement:

- 4 - 10 yrs from the same industry.

- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in automotive sales, or in a financial service related role.

The candidate should have the following skills:

- Ability to take initiative, self-motivated & disciplined.

- Proactive approach towards business development.

- Ability to contribute towards companys growth through market research, sales development and business promotion activities.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of financial statements and the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.
