Mandatory Requirements :

- Postgraduate qualification (CA/MBA/PGDM or equivalent) is mandatory

- Experience working with Indian clients is mandatory

- Prior experience in Investment Banking, M&A, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Finance, or Deal Advisory

- Strong sector exposure in Industrial, Defence, Aerospace, Automotive, Manufacturing, or related domains

Role Overview :

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong exposure to investment banking, M&A transactions, fundraising, strategic advisory, and financial analysis. The role involves leading and executing transactions, managing client relationships, driving sector-focused deal origination, and advising clients on strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute buy-side, sell-side, fundraising, and strategic advisory mandates

- Develop and review financial models, valuation analyses, pitch books, information memorandums (IMs), and transaction documentation

- Conduct sector-focused market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking

- Manage end-to-end transaction execution, including due diligence and stakeholder coordination

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Indian clients, investors, and key market participants

- Support business development initiatives and contribute to deal origination efforts

- Mentor and guide junior team members while ensuring high-quality deliverables

Ideal Candidate :

- Relevant experience in Investment Banking, Deal Advisory, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Finance, or M&A

- Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation, transaction execution, and client management

- Deep understanding of Industrial, Defence, Aerospace, Automotive, Manufacturing, or related sectors

- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

- Proven experience working directly with Indian clients and managing senior-level interactions
