We are currently looking for a Manager - Analytics to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for a massive opportunity to build and be a part of largest performance marketing setup. Reporting of the role : This role reports to the Director - Analytics. Responsibilities of the role : - Primary responsibilities revolve around providing thought leadership with regards to clients' measurement strategies and ensuring all reporting, data quality, measurement frameworks etc - Define, update, and maintain all data visualizations, including custom widgets and dashboard views - Perform data QA and ensure accuracy of all dashboard and campaign reports - Assist analytics team in running numerous insights reports as needed - Help maintain a performance platform and provide insights and ongoing recommendations around media optimization. - Understanding of data governance processes in a data warehousing, ETL and business intelligence environment. This is inclusive but limited to understanding of processes across multiple media channels (digital, search, social, offline, etc.) - Experience with data processing, data cleansing and handling of raw data to report large, structured data sets used for analysis, data governance, etc. - Produces a well-structured, clean, clear, accurate, 'professional' end-product that can proudly be shared with internal and external constituencies. - Leveraging statistical analyses to generate client deliverables. Delivering high quality insights and actions from reporting and analytics outputs. What you will need : - Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science or quantitative field. - 5-6 years' experience in Marketing/Data Analytics. - Strong analytic and problem-solving skills - Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication abilities - Proficiency in one or more coding languages - Python, R - Proficiency in one or more Visualization Tools - Tableau, Power BI - Proficiency in using SQL. - Able to deal with and prioritize multiple business requests with strong attention to detail - Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment - Ability to adapt to new software, technologies, and methodologies - Working experience using Alteryx is a plus.
