Role Summary: As an Amazon Ads Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and continuous optimization of our advertising campaigns across Amazon platforms. You will work closely with content, product, and design teams to drive traffic, improve conversions, and maximize ROI on ad spends. This role requires a combination of hands-on campaign management, data analysis, and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: - Plan, execute, and manage Amazon Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP campaigns across multiple product categories. - Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and market analysis to shape advertising strategies. - Monitor campaign performance daily and make adjustments to bids, budgets, keywords, and targeting to optimize KPIs (ACoS, ROAS, CTR, CVR). Optimization & Reporting: - Continuously optimize campaigns using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and advanced targeting methods. - Track campaign performance using Amazons reporting tools and third-party analytics dashboards. - Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and improvement strategies. Collaboration & Creative Input: - Collaborate with the content and creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives, product images, and A+ content. - Provide input on product listings, SEO, and cross-channel promotion strategies to improve overall visibility and conversion. Budget & Strategy Management: - Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal return on ad spend. - Build and implement seasonal strategies around events like Prime Day, Great Indian Festival, and other key e-commerce sales events. Stay Updated: - Stay on top of Amazon Ads trends, algorithm updates, and platform innovations. - Evaluate and test new ad formats, beta tools, and automated bidding solutions to maintain a competitive edge. Required Qualifications & Skills: - 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads and DSP. - Strong command of Amazon Advertising Console, DSP dashboard, and related PPC tools. - Demonstrated success in improving ACoS, ROAS, and other campaign metrics. - Advanced skills in data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets and advertising analytics dashboards. - Familiarity with SEO, CRO, and Amazon product listing optimization techniques. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly
