Manager - Alternative Investment Fund Operations

- Knowledge of AIF Operation including AIF regulation.

- Knowledge of Banking & Trade Processing including Primary/Secondary/IPO/QIP settlement.

- Trade Processing - Knowledge of equity and Debt Processing using STP/CBRICS/ICDM is preferred.

- Wealth Spectrum Functional Knowledge ( From : Creation to Maturity setup) experience is Mandatory.

- Contribute to the development, implementation, maintain, monitoring and review of processes to enables the smooth functioning of the operations pertaining to the AIF & PMS

- The incumbent will be responsible for smooth flow of information to the distributors and act as the solution provider for various queries of external and internal stake holders.

- Implementation and Compliance of all regulatory requirements including development of systems and processes, filing of reports with SEBI and regulatory audits

- Managing Internal/Statutory Audits

- Expense /Vendor Management including TDS/TCS compliance.
