Manager - Alternative Investment Fund - CA

We're hiring for the profile of Manager - Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) for Hyderabad location

Qualifications/ Experience: CA with 6-11 years of exp

Budget: 25 LPA (including 8% Variable)

NOTE: Should have experience with sound knowledge of AIF operations and raising funds from family office and other private players.

JOB PURPOSE:

- The Group has created an AIF i.e. Innovation fund and is in process of creating 2 more funds to meet its future investment opportunities.

- The Manager will be responsible for daily operations of the fund ranging from onboarding investors, KYC as well as accounting, taxation and related compliances.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1) Lead the operations of Funds including onboarding investors, KYC audit & Compliances etc.

2) Investment proposal for various company need to prepare and send to Investment committee for approval.

3) Compliance of all regulation of SEBI in relation to investment and reporting from time to time to SEBI.

4) Assisting in all documentation /Compliances of Investee Companies/ investors

5) Maintenance of KYC of investors and time to time reporting about fund progress.

6) Submission of first closure documents to SEBI after achieving capital commitment from investor.

7) All other activities, which required for control and management of investments of AIFs in various companies.

8) Monitoring the investments of AIF and quarterly performance reporting to vice president & management
