Job Title: Manager - Alternate Channels
Location: Gurugram
Reports To: Retail Head
Job Overview:
This role is responsible for driving revenue and profitable growth through non-retail channels such as Institutional Sales, Clearance Sales, Exhibitions, B2B and LFS. The position requires strong strategic planning, partner management, and business development skills to expand market reach and optimize channel performance. The role involves end-to-end ownership of P&L, sales operations, and cross-functional coordination to ensure effective execution and business delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies for alternate channels and deliver on the Annual Operating Plan.
- Build and manage relationships with institutional buyers, B2B partners, event organizers, and clearance partners.
- Identify and onboard new key accounts and explore new revenue opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and drive channel-specific promotions, exhibitions, and events.
- Coordinate with merchandising, planning, and supply chain teams for assortment and inventory execution.
- Track sales performance, analyze channel profitability, and present regular reports with insights.
Qualifications:
- MBA/Graduate with 5 - 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or channel management, preferably in apparel, fashion, lifestyle, or retail.
