Job Role:

- Develop systematic/algo trading strategies for FX and Interest Rates (Rates).

- Take strategies from idea - research - backtesting - validation - live deployment.

- Perform quantitative research to identify alpha signals and market inefficiencies.

- Use Python extensively for statistical and machine-learning research.

- Read and convert academic research papers into practical trading strategies.

- Build market-data pipelines capable of handling large datasets efficiently.

- Conduct statistical testing, hypothesis testing, risk analysis, and strategy validation.

- Ensure strategies are robust and suitable for live trading.
