Manager - Agri CSR Programmes & Sustainability - NGO

Location: Kollegal

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation of CSR and sustainability programmes within the agricultural value chain.

- Partner with NGOs, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), and farmer groups for effective programme execution.

- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with farmers, local government, and community representatives.

- Ensure compliance with CSR laws, sustainability frameworks, and reporting standards.

- Monitor and evaluate programme outcomes, preparing reports on impact and effectiveness.

- Drive initiatives that support sustainable farming practices, rural livelihoods, and community development.

- Identify opportunities to scale successful projects and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Required Candidate Profile:

Education:

- Master's in Rural Development, Agriculture, Social Work, Sustainability, or related field.

- MBA/PGDM with specialization in CSR / Sustainability (preferred).

Experience:

- 6-8 years of experience in CSR, rural development, or agri value chain sustainability programmes.

- Hands-on experience in working with NGOs, FPOs, or community-based organisations.

- Strong understanding of CSR law, compliance frameworks, and sustainability reporting.

Skills & Competencies:

- Excellent stakeholder management and community engagement skills.

- Strong project management and impact assessment experience.

- Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach.
