Position Overview :
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager - AVOD (Advertising Video on Demand) to lead digital advertising revenue growth for a leading OTT platform.
- The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in media sales, a deep understanding of OTT and AVOD ecosystems, and established relationships with advertisers and media agencies.
- This is a critical leadership role focused on driving non-subscription revenue by delivering innovative ad solutions and strategic brand partnerships.
- Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to exceed revenue goals for AVOD offerings.
- Create and execute campaigns aligned with market trends and business objectives.
- Client & Agency Relationship Management: Identify and onboard new clients while strengthening existing relationships with brands and media agencies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to help partners achieve their marketing goals through AVOD solutions.
- Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Translate insights into strategic business opportunities.
- Product Knowledge & Consultation: Leverage deep understanding of OTT platforms, digital ad products, and performance metrics to guide clients in campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
- Deal Closure & Revenue Generation: Lead high-value negotiations, close impactful deals, and drive long-term revenue through innovative ad formats and branded content solutions.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior leadership.
- Recommend data-driven strategies for continuous growth.
- Candidate Profile & Required Skills: Experience: Minimum 8 years of proven success in digital/media sales, with a focus on AVOD, OTT platforms, or digital brand partnerships.
- Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of OTT platforms, digital content monetization, and advertising ecosystems.
- Relationship Management: Strong network and trusted relationships with decision-makers across brands, agencies, and media buyers in the target market.
