About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Advertising Sales Manager to drive media sales growth by building strong client relationships and securing business from corporates and agencies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing client accounts, and delivering impactful advertising solutions across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned media sales targets within defined timelines.
- Manage and nurture relationships with corporate clients and media agencies for sustained business growth.
- Identify and onboard new clients across industries such as Banking, FMCG, Agriculture, Building Materials, Entertainment, and more.
- Drive client servicing initiatives, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and sales closure.
- Pitch and sell advertising solutions for branding, visibility, and sustenance campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client objectives.

- Proven experience in media/advertising sales, preferably with exposure to multiple sectors.
- Strong network and ability to engage with agencies and corporate clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
