Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue generation through advertisement/media sales across multiple platforms.
- Plan, monitor, and achieve annual sales targets and budgets.
- Generate and manage sales from diverse corporate sectors including Real Estate, Durables, FMCG, Telecom, and others in the Bengaluru region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies to drive consistent lead generation.
- Develop customized advertising and activation campaigns aligned with client business objectives, brand positioning, and category requirements.
Incumbent Profile:
Experience:
- 8-12 years in Ad Sales with proven cross-platform exposure across Print, Broadcast, OTT, and Digital Media.
- Strong understanding of media ecosystems, client businesses, brands, and categories with the ability to conceptualize and deliver effective campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in sales conversions, client servicing, and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
