About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned and dependable Admin Manager to lead and streamline our administrative operations at our Gurugram office. This role requires a strong command of English, high ethical standards, and hands-on experience in office administration, reporting, and facility management.
The ideal candidate will bring maturity, structured thinking, and the ability to manage front-office operations while ensuring smooth backend administrative control.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Leadership:
- Oversee end-to-end administrative operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and vendor coordination.
- Maintain organized documentation and compliance records.
Front Office & Customer Experience:
- Professionally attend and manage walk-in customers.
- Ensure a welcoming and positive first impression of the organization.
Financial Administration:
- Manage petty cash with complete accuracy and transparency.
- Maintain expense records and prepare periodic financial summaries.
Reporting & Controls:
- Prepare administrative MIS and operational reports.
- Maintain documentation discipline and audit readiness.
Housekeeping & Facility Management:
- Supervise housekeeping teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Monitor office maintenance and ensure a safe working environment.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 7 - 8 years of experience in office administration.
- Bachelors degree (mandatory).
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- High integrity, ethical conduct, and accountability.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
