About:
1. Handle Pan-India hotel contracting to secure competitive tariffs.
2. Oversee the opening and setup of new guest houses in Gurugram & Mumbai.
3. Streamline travel processes and ensure smooth operations across India.
4. Manage Expat & Leadership Administration - FRRO, lease agreements and travel-related coordination.
5. Supervise domestic and international travel arrangements for employees and leadership, ensuring timely and comfortable travel.
6. Coordinate with implant and backend travel agency teams for seamless execution.
7. Provide assistance with visa processing, travel insurance, and documentation.
8. Oversee general administration activities - invoice processing, payments, car bookings, and Pan-India coordination.
9. Manage travel desk & admin vendors for smooth day-to-day operations.
10. Review and improve travel and admin policies as per industry best practices.
11. Initially work as an individual contributor, and eventually lead a team of 2-3 members within the admin function.
12. Ensure proper utilization of tools like SBT or SAP Concur for travel management.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Hands-on experience in corporate travel & admin operations
- Ability to multi-task and manage vendors effectively
- Preferred background in Hospitality or Travel industry
