About the Role: We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Ad Sales professional who can independently manage and grow advertising revenue. This is a pure Individual Contributor (IC) role, ideal for someone with 10+ years of experience in Ad Sales, specifically across OOH advertising, RWA advertising, and on-ground activation channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Own the ad sales game end-to-end from hunting new leads to sealing high-value deals, all as a powerhouse Individual Contributor.
- Build and grow premium advertiser portfolios across OOH, RWA, and on-ground channels, turning every interaction into a long-term partnership.
- Crush monthly and quarterly revenue targets with a strong, dynamic, and constantly refreshed sales pipeline.
- Become the go-to trusted advisor for brands and agencies, showcasing high-impact advertising solutions that win repeat business.
- Drive high-margin, high-visibility deals while ensuring flawless campaign execution with internal teams.
- Stay ahead of the curve with crisp reporting, sharp insights, and accurate forecasting that influences strategic decisions.
Requirements:- 10+ years of experience in Ad Sales with deep exposure to OOH and RWA advertising.
- Strong network across agencies, brand marketers, and regional advertising decision-makers.
- Proven record of independently delivering large revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a high-ownership, fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
