Job Title: Ad Sales & Customer Success Manager (Digital / Programmatic)
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Role Overview:
This hybrid role spans Digital Ad Sales + Customer Success, focusing on revenue growth, international client management (US-focused), campaign execution, and performance optimization. Ideal for professionals from AdTech, Programmatic, or B2B SaaS backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
Ad Sales:
- Build/manage a strong ad sales pipeline and convert global clients.
- Sell digital ad formatsDisplay, Video, Native, Contextual & Programmatic solutions.
- Create customized proposals aligned with client KPIs.
- Own the full sales cycle and deliver consistent revenue.
- Track pipeline, performance & deals via CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho).
Customer Success:
- Act as primary POC for clientsensuring satisfaction, retention & growth.
- Understand client goals & deliver strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product & Ad Ops for onboarding and execution.
- Conduct performance reviews, analyze monetization metrics & optimize.
- Deliver product demos, training & updates on features/best practices.
- Handle escalations & provide pre-sales technical support.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 2-8 YOE in Digital Ad Sales, Programmatic Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management.
- Experience working with international clients (US preferred).
- Strong knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, RTB, CTR, CPM, CPC, ROAS.
- Background in B2B SaaS (MarTech/AdTech).
- Tier-1 MBA OR MBA + 35 years OR 68 years w/o MBA.
- Based in Mumbai/Pune/Maharashtra or originally from Maharashtra.
- Minimum 1.52 years stability in each role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech (IT/CSE/ECE) + MBA.
- Strong pre-sales experiencedemos, onboarding, technical presentations.
- Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho).
- Exposure to campaign analytics & data-driven optimization.
