Requirements:
- 08 to 12 years of experience in Media Sales in Mumbai Ad Industry
- Industry: Media-Radio /BTL /Retail- Space on Hire/ Events/ Infotainment/OOH
- Handling - Activations / Experiential marketing / Brand Partnerships & Solutions/ Sales & Business development/Ad sales
- Understanding of changing media landscapes / new age media

- Thought leadership with strategic planning insights
- Drive ad revenues thru consultative sales selling from the assigned verticals
- Understanding of changing media landscapes /new age media

- Position/ project PVR INOX Limited as market leader in cinema business
- Serve as a key member of ad revenue & business development team, helping to drive overall PVR INOX Ad revenue strategy and business growth.
- Establish and build strong, profitable, long-term relationships with advertisers and establish Cinema as the potential medium
- Contribute to the overall growth and profit of PVR INOX ad business by collaborating & expanding the partner ecosystem thru continuous market mapping
- Identify, rationalize, and define potential advertisers and strategy for assigned ad revenue business.
- For each vertical and brand allocated, define the business offering, engagement process, and enable the team to drive advertiser adoption and business revenue growth.
- Build scale into the business development function and upsell opportunities with coherent solutions
- Build a repository of use case to showcase to advertisers
- Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks.
- Team management, standardization & process setting and regular training
- Maintain a healthy sales vs collection cycle
- Regular sales planning & tracking of targets vs achievements
- Adept in maintaining a healthy rate balance
- Continuous dialogue with all internal stakeholders to help smooth functioning
