Manager - Ad Sales

Location: Bengaluru

Role: Manager - Advertisement Sales

CTC: Up to 20 LPA

Work Schedule: 5 Days Work From Office

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive advertising revenue through Cinema Advertising solutions (Online + Offline)

- Build and manage relationships with leading media agencies (GroupM, Havas, Dentsu, Publicis, Madison, etc.)

- Acquire new clients and grow existing business across industries

- Lead client presentations, negotiations, and deal closures

- Achieve revenue targets and develop sales strategies

- Forecast sales, manage budgets, and mentor the sales team

- Stay updated with trends in Media, Cinema, OTT, and Advertising

Preferred Experience:

- 7-12 years in Media Sales / Advertising Sales / Cinema / OTT / Digital Advertising / Radio / Print / OOH / Content Solutions

- Strong network with media agencies and direct advertisers

- Proven track record in business development and revenue generation

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree/PG
