We are seeking experienced and results-driven professionals for the role of Manager - Ad Operations for a renowned Media and Marketing Company.
Job Location: Pune (Hybrid : 3 days WFO, 2 days WFH).
Shift timings: US Shift (9 PM to 6 AM) or EMEA shift (1 PM to- 10 PM).
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Setup and Trafficking: Set up and traffic digital advertising campaigns in ad servers (CM360, Flashtalking, Adform) and ad verification platforms, ensuring campaigns launch on time and meet all specifications.
Quality Assurance: Complete all campaign requests within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring accuracy and error-free execution.
Creative Management: Collect creative specifications from clients and manage all digital trafficking requirements, ensuring seamless integration into campaigns.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and generate reports to track campaign effectiveness and provide insights to stakeholders.
Process Management: Stay up-to-date on all process updates and specifications, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with Senior Associates and Managers, providing support and ensuring seamles communication across teams.
Required Skills and Experience:
Ad Server and Ad Verification Proficiency: Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with at least one ad server (e.g., CM360, Flashtalking, Adform) and ad verification platforms.
Ad Operations Fundamentals: Solid understanding of basic ad operations terminology, including ad formats, targeting, optimization, and reporting.
Strong Communications and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
Technical Proficiency: Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
Detail-Oriented and Organized: Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes through on-the-job training.
Creativity and Attention to Detail: A creative mindset and a keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality campaign execution.
Client Relationship Management: Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with onshore client teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
