Accounts Payable Manager (Indian Accounting)

Minimum Criterion: Qualification CA or MBA Finance.
Experience: 8-10 years.
Industry Preference: Retail/SSC.
Domain Preference: AP, Finance & Accounts (Domestic).
Skills:
- Client Management experience.
- Language Fluent English.
- Other Skills Impressive communication skills, PR mgmt. etc.
- Team handling experience of 5-10 team members.
Job Description:
- Leading Project Service Delivery FAO, ensuring SLA/KPIs monitoring and compliance.
- Team Management Work allocation, quality check, timeline adherence, team training.
- Team hiring, replacement execution, backup planning.
- Leading various audits (internal, statutory, special etc.).
- Process simplification initiatives.
- Service Performance Report preparation, Cadence with client, monthly Governance with Senior management.
- Ensuring internal governance review of region.
- Building relationship with client to extend the relationship base.
- Preparing risk control matrix of projects, monitoring of risks and getting process audited. (internal as well as statutory).
- Monitoring of project financial and ensuring set budgets are achieved.
