Job Summary: The Accounts Manager will oversee the financial operations of the HO Account team, with a primary focus on managing the accounts payable function. This role involves ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable Management: - Oversee outsourcing partner's AP activities including invoice processing, foreign payments. - Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices and employee reimbursements. - Maintain and update vendor / customer records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. - Ensure MSME, GST, FEMA, TDS/TCS compliances. Financial Reporting and Analysis: - Prepare and analyse financial statements, including exp provision, prepaid journals, publish monthly GL variances. - Share accurate quarterly / annual reports for financial reporting as per the expected timelines. - Trade payables / receivables / Tax audit data etc. - Ensure compliance with accounting principles and provide accurate financial information for decision-making. Collaboration and Team Development: - Work closely with departments across the organization, such as finance, operations, and human resources. - Lead and manage accounting teams, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or post graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - SAP S4 Hana knowledge - Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
