Our client is a young fast growing Tech driven Company which is based in Bangalore Job Role : Manager - Corporate Accounting & Finance Job Location : Bangalore Job Responsibilities : - Assist the CFO in Finalisation and closure of books of accounts - Day to day accounting and Expense Management - Manage direct / indirect taxes - Vendor payments, Petty Cash Management; - Employee Claims and Allowances - Support audits, inspection conducted by Stat Auditors, Internal Auditors, regulatory bodies - Manage day-to-day treasury operations and ensures proper internal controls - Preparation of monthly / quarterly / annual reports - Analyze the data from the reports for the management to take appropriate business decisions - Preparing and providing data to Banks - Responsible for all compliances - Handling various queries of Banks, Rating Agencies, auditors and other investors - Accounts / Treasury MIS Management Desired Candidate Profile : - Qualified Chartered Accountant with atleast 4 - 5 years of post qualification work experience - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multi-task and take up additional responsibility - Knowledge of MS Office with skill in MS-Excel - Keen to work in a start up culture Must have Competencies : - Eye for detail - Presentation skills - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders - High on integrity - Self-starter needing minimum supervisory control
