Manager - Accounts & Finance - Solar Energy - CA

We are having an urgent career opportunity Accounts & Finance Manager - Mumbai" for our client. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for accounting operations, statutory compliances, and taxation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Finalization of Books of Accounts and preparation of Financial Statements

- Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, and companies

- Handling Direct Tax compliances, notices, and Income Tax assessments

- Preparation and filing of TDS Returns and ensuring TDS compliances

- GST compliance, including filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and reconciliations

- Ensuring timely compliance with statutory deadlines and applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant CA (Must)

- Minimum Two years of experience in Finance, Accounts & Taxation.

- Strong hands-on experience in Bookkeeping and Financial Statement finalization

- Sound knowledge of Direct Tax, GST, and Audit procedures

- Prior working experience in Big 4 or Chartered Accountant firm will be an added advantage.
