Manager - Accounts & Finance - Family Office - CA

- Monitor, track, and report performance of the family's investment portfolio across asset classes.

- Ensure accurate accounting, book-keeping, and reporting across all investment entities.

- Oversee cash flow, fund movements, and treasury management to optimize liquidity.

- Maintain transparent and up-to-date records of investments, valuations, and returns.

- Develop and deliver timely MIS dashboards and investment performance reports for principals.

- Provide variance analysis, trend insights, and forward-looking projections to support decision-making.

- Ensure adherence to all statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.

- Lead statutory and internal audits, liaising with auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel.

- Implement strong internal controls and governance frameworks across investments.

- Act as the central financial point of contact for principals, advisors, bankers, fund managers, and auditors.

- Maintain highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in managing family assets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA / MBA (Finance) with 8+ years' experience.

- Strong grasp of financial analysis, investment reporting, tax, and compliance.

- Proven ability to deliver high-quality insights and reports to senior stakeholders.

- Integrity, discretion, and ability to independently manage sensitive financial matters.
