We are seeking an experienced Manager - Accounts & Finance to oversee financial operations, statutory compliance, reporting, and financial planning at our Andhra Pradesh & Assam Region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial controls.

- Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial records.

- Oversee inventory accounting, costing, and reconciliations.

- Prepare and present MIS reports to management.

- Provide financial insights for cost optimization and decision-making.

- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

- Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and regulatory authorities.

- Monitor fund flow and cash flow requirements.

- Lead, guide, and develop the Accounts & Finance team at the location.

- Implement systems, best practices, and process improvements in finance and accounts.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial management.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

- Proven leadership and team-handling capabilities.

Qualification & Experience:

- CA

- 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.

- Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain industry is preferred (not mandatory).
