Senior Financial Analyst

We're looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team as a Senior Financial Analyst.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, and a proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable business insights.

You will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making and driving financial

performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and develop accurate financial forecasts and long-range plans. You will work closely with various departments to gather inputs and ensure alignment with business goals.

- Financial Modeling: Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support business cases, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives.

- Strategic Support: Provide analytical support for key business decisions, including new product launches, market expansions, and capital expenditures.

- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate complex financial information and insights to non-financial stakeholders across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization. Experience with advanced financial modeling and data analysis tools is a plus.

- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify key drivers, and translate findings into actionable insights.

- Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information clearly and persuasively to a diverse audience.

- Independence & Adaptability: The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Educational Qualification

- A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
