Manager Accounts & Finance - Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review financial statements in line with Ind AS and other applicable regulatory standards.

- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities: accruals, reconciliations, variance analysis.

- Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits; liaise with auditors and ensure timely closure.

- Ensure timely and accurate MIS reporting for internal management.

- Work with cross-functional teams to improve and streamline financial processes.

Key Requirements:

- 1 to 8 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Reporting.

- Solid understanding of Ind AS and Indian GAAP. Exposure to IFRS is a plus.

- Hands-on experience in financial close processes and reporting.

- Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle, etc.) preferred.

- Qualification: CA qualified only with relevant experience.
