Job Description:

1. Maintain the Cash Book & Bank Book. Day to Day Accounting Management & BRS.

2. Accounts Payable.

3. Accounts Receivable.

4. Vendor General Ledger Statement & Reconciliation Statement.

5. Preparing Balance Sheet Statement.

6. Preparing Profit & Loss Statement.

7. Preparing Cash Flow Statement.

8. Posting Payable Entries. Making RTGS Payments and funds transfers between the banks.

9 . Inventory Stock Statement Preparing. AP & AR MIS Report Statement Preparing.

10 Verifying Employee Expenses Reports and arranging for advances or reimbursement.

11. Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.

12 Preparing GSTR-1, GSTR-2A, GSTR-2B, GSTR-3B returns monthly, GSTR9/9C Returns.

13 Preparing TDS Statement & Quarterly TDS Return Filing.

14 Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statement.

15 Preparing Documents for Bank Guarantee (BG).

16 Payment and Filing Professional Tax.

17 Preparing Stock Statements Monthly.

18 Interact with Vendors to resolve discrepancies.

19. Preparing E-invoice & GST E-Way Bill.

20 Preparing documents for payments to vendors.

21 Reconciliation of GSTR-2A with books.

22 Reconciliation of books with GST returns and Maintaining records.

23Finalization of Account books monthly & closing activities.

24Tax Administration-Timely to file and Payment, TDS, TCS, ESI, PF and PT other statutory matters.

25 Interacting with Suppliers & customers, Passing of Purchases Bills/Party Reconciliations/Bank Reconciliation.
