Manager - Accounting Advisory

Description:

- Assist clients in applying Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP for financial reporting.

- Support in conversion projects (IGAAP to Ind AS / IFRS).

- Advise on complex accounting areas such as financial instruments, business combinations, revenue recognition, leases, consolidation, impairment, and share-based payments.

- Draft technical accounting memos and position papers for clients.

- Assist with transaction-related accounting including mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and carve-outs.

- Support clients in IPO readiness and listing requirements, including preparation of financial statements, pro-forma accounts, and prospectus support.

- Provide support on financial statement preparation in compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Liaise with auditors and regulators on behalf of clients to resolve technical issues.

- Work on process improvements, accounting policies, and controls framework for better financial reporting.

- Strong technical knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, and Companies Act, 2013.

- Understanding of financial reporting frameworks and corporate governance.
