Manager - Accounting Advisory

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical accounting advisory services related to IFRS, US GAAP, or local GAAP.

- Assist clients in financial reporting, including financial statement preparation and compliance with new accounting standards.

- Support clients in accounting policy development, internal controls, and financial close processes.

- Conduct due diligence for M&A transactions, including purchase price allocation and valuation assessments.

- Advise on revenue recognition, lease accounting, financial instruments, and impairment assessments.

- Assist in the implementation of accounting changes and financial transformation initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as tax, audit, and risk advisory to deliver integrated solutions.

- Develop and deliver training programs on new accounting regulations and best practices.

- Work with finance teams to improve internal controls, risk management, and reporting processes.
