Manager - Account advisor

Experience: 3-10 years

Preferred Experience: Consulting, Operations, Accounting advisory, or Statutory audit

Education: Chartered Accountant / ACCA

Mumbai- Lower parel

Additional Qualifications : None required, but Financial Risk Management/ Chartered Financial Analyst/ IFRS Diploma are preferable.

Preferred Geography : India, Europe, APAC, US

Responsibilities:

- Technical Knowledge: Expertise in Ind AS / IFRS / US GAAP and differences from Indian GAAP to Ind AS.

- Documentation: Ability to write technical memos and advisory documentation.

- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements and suggest accounting treatments.

- Advisory Services: Provide advice on accounting areas like IFRS 9, 15, 16, 17.

- Regulatory Compliance: Accounting treatment per local regulatory requirements.

- Client Advice: Advise on complex strategic issues in financial services.

- Team Leadership: Lead team mentoring, project management, and client delivery.

- Project Execution: Drive day-to-day execution of client projects.

- Client Understanding: Understand client business and market dynamics.

- Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholders and projects effectively.

Travel

- Expected Travel: Both short and long-term travel is expected.

- Travel Duration: Long-term (6-12 months/year), Short-term (Less than 4 months/year)
