Key Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Business Exposure
- Work on large-scale real estate projects, supporting strategy and on-ground execution.
- Contribute to revenue strategy and execution, including pricing, inventory planning, and sales initiatives.
- Support aspects of P&L ownership, tracking key financial and business performance metrics.
- Drive customer lifecycle management initiatives, from lead generation to closure and post-sales service.
- Assist in project delivery and operational excellence, ensuring timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Sales
- Support channel management across brokers, CPs, and distribution partners.
- Assist in direct sales strategy and execution for high-value residential/commercial projects.
- Participate in high-value deal closures, customer meetings, and site visits.
- Work on customer acquisition plans, lead funnels, and conversion improvement initiatives.
Marketing
- Contribute to campaign planning for launches, sustenance and tactical promotions.
- Support digital strategy, including performance marketing coordination, social media, and content inputs.
- Assist in brand positioning and communication across online and offline touchpoints.
- Work on demand generation activities, events, and customer engagement initiatives.
Operations
- Support project coordination between sales, construction, finance, legal, and customer service teams.
- Assist in execution oversight, resolving on-ground issues and ensuring smooth operations.
- Contribute to process optimisation and implementation of best practices.
- Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure timely delivery and superior customer experience.
