Role Overview: As a Management Trainee in Sales & Marketing, you will undergo intensive on-the-job learning, real-world market exposure, and mentorship from senior leaders. You'll rotate through various roles, gaining end-to-end understanding of Emami's sales strategies and marketing execution. Key Responsibilities: - Understand product placement, retail visibility, and in-store promotions - Conduct competitor analysis and market mapping - Distributor & Channel Management - Work closely with area sales managers and distributors to drive primary and secondary sales - Support in expanding retail reach and resolving supply chain bottlenecks - Brand & Marketing Insights - Assist the marketing team in consumer behavior research and product positioning - Participate in activation campaigns and brand promotion activities - Data-Driven Reporting - Maintain daily sales reports and MIS - Analyze sales trends, territory performance, and suggest data-backed strategies What We're Looking For - MBA (Marketing/Sales/General Management) - Batch 2023, 2024 - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
