Operations & Customer Relations - Management Trainee - MBA MUST Responsibilities: 1. Assist the Sr. Operations Manager in daily management. 2. Perform administrative tasks. 3. Maintain schedule of operations. 4. Cooperate with different departments. 5. Serve as primary system administrator for the CRM environment. 6. Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks. 7. Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades. 8. Interacting with vendors concerning any concerns. 9. Build and maintain good relationships with already approved old and new vendors. 10. Researching new vendors based on price and quality and selecting them based on the vendor management plan. 11. Identify and onboard new channel partners. 12. Excellent communication and listening skills. 3. Ability to work under pressure. 4. Strong computer proficiency. 5. Experience with inventory management, database, or similar software is beneficial. 6. Strong data management abilities. 7. A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements. 8.
