Role Overview:

As a Management Trainee in our FMCG/Consumer Business, you will embark on a rotational program designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of our business operations. You'll actively participate in various functions, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product Development, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to strategic initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales Managers, Brand Managers, Supply Chain Planners, and Market Research Analysts, to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to innovate, optimize our supply chain, and strengthen our brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the execution of sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share within assigned territories.

- Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive consumer engagement.

- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify emerging trends and opportunities for product innovation.

- Analyze business data and generate reports to provide insights into sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.

- Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize inventory management, distribution channels, and logistics operations.

- Support the development of new product concepts and formulations based on consumer needs and market trends.

- Assist in the execution of trade marketing activities to enhance product visibility and drive sales in retail outlets.

- Support Key Account Managers in managing relationships with key retail partners and negotiating trade agreements.

- Analyze category performance and identify opportunities for category growth and optimization.

- Contribute to the development of consumer marketing strategies to drive brand loyalty and increase customer lifetime value.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Adaptability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment within a major metropolitan area.
