Management Trainee - Factory Operation - FMCG

Role Overview:

The Management Trainee (MT) role is designed to nurture the next generation of leaders by providing young professionals with the opportunity to rotate across diverse functions, gain hands-on exposure, and build a strong foundation in operations.

In the first year, MTs undergo structured training across key areas such as:

Manufacturing & Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)

This holistic exposure enables MTs to develop cross-functional expertise, gain a deep understanding of plant operations, and prepare for future leadership roles within the organization.

Eligibility Criteria:

- B.Tech/Engineering background (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Production, or related fields preferred).

- MBA/PGDM (Operations/Supply Chain/General Management)

- Only from SJSOM (IIT Bombay), SPJIMR, NITIE, top 5 IIMs
