Role Overview
As the Management Trainee - EA to Founder & Chairman, you will work directly with the Chairman to gain first-hand exposure to strategic decision-making, business operations, and high-level stakeholder management. This role is designed for high-potential individuals aspiring for leadership roles, offering a unique blend of mentorship, cross-functional learning, and strategic project involvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Assistance & Coordination
- Manage the Founder's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate business engagements.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings.
- Handle confidential documents, ensuring they remain secure.
2. Strategic & Business Projects
- Assist in research, analysis, and execution of strategic initiatives across multiple verticals.
- Monitor progress of ongoing projects and prepare status updates for the Chairman.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support decision-making.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with business heads, partners, investors, and clients on behalf of the Founder.
- Coordinate follow-ups and ensure timely completion of action points.
4. Cross-Functional Exposure
- Gain hands-on experience across RNS Group's core businesses - QSR, Warehousing, Tea Exports, Finance, and Real Estate.
- Participate in operational reviews and business planning sessions.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. MBA / Postgraduate in Management from a Tier-1 B-School from 2023, 2024, 2025 batch.
2. Individuals with a business family background with consulting experience.
3. People with entrepreneurship experience are preferred.
4. High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
6. Flexible and adaptive, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Willingness to travel for business engagements.
