What You'll Do:
We are looking for a Management Trainee / EIR- who has at least 1 year of startup experience and is excited to work at the intersection of AI, digital collections, customer problem-solving, and operational excellence.
This role sits inside our SaaS & Digital Engagement team and works closely with product, data, and customer success to deep-dive into lender portfolios and solve real collection problems using AI-driven interventions.
You will act as a problem solver + experiment owner- designing hypothesis, running experiments, interpreting results, and driving measurable recovery impact for lenders.
Deep Problem-Solving for Lenders
- Understand lender portfolios, borrower patterns, and early-warning signals.
- Identify problem pockets (DPD spikes, low response segments, channel drop-offs).
- Translate these insights into digital & voice-bot strategies.
Voice AI & Digital Channel Execution:
- Configure and optimize Chakra Voicebot campaigns for different buckets and borrower segments.
- Use SMS, WhatsApp, IVR, and email intelligently to drive response rates.
- Continuously experiment with scripts, nudges, timings, and workflows to improve outcomes.
Impact Measurement & Analytics:
- Track conversion, response rate, PTP uplift, and channel-level recoveries.
- Build quick dashboards and narratives to measure and communicate impact.
- Recommend iterative improvements backed by data, not assumptions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, engineering, and CS teams to refine features and solve customer pain points.
- Participate in customer discussions to understand lender expectations and interpret performance.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience, ideally in a startup (operations, product, strategy, growth, analytics, or similar roles).
- Strong problem-solving & analytical thinking.
- Bias for action- ability to run experiments fast and iterate even faster.
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders at NBFCs / lenders.
- Curious, structured, and someone who loves owning outcomes end-to-end.
- No coding required, but comfort with spreadsheets and dashboards is expected.
What Success Looks Like in 6 Months:
- You have independently run 6-10 high-impact digital/voice interventions.
- Your experiments have measurably improved client KPIs (response rate, conversions, promise-to-pay, buckets).
- You are trusted by cross-functional teams and by customers for problem-solving and execution rigor.
- You are pushing the boundaries of what Voice AI can do in collections.
