Role Overview
As part of the CEO's Office, you will work directly with the Founder & CEO to drive high-impact strategic initiatives, business performance reviews, and cross-functional projects. This is a high-visibility role ideal for someone looking to make a tangible difference in a fast-scaling D2C + offline beauty brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the CEO on business planning, strategic projects, and execution follow-through.
- Analyze business performance across functions (Sales, Marketing, SCM, Finance) and recommend actionable insights.
- Drive OKR tracking and monthly business reviews.
- Act as a project manager for key initiatives spanning new product launches, channel expansion, or operational improvements.
- Collating consumer insights & report and ppt
Who Can Apply
- MBA from Tier-1 B-School- 2023, 2024, 2025 batch
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must
- Prior internship or experience in consulting, strategy, D2C/e-commerce, or FMCG is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, entrepreneurial, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
